ГЛУМиЦИ (ACT(O)ReSses) is really not a performance. It is about 100 minutes of our lives, in which we dance, cry and sing together for all of us in the theatre and for the theatre in the world - for the values, traditions, hierarchies, prejudices that define it and us. ГЛУМиЦИ is created, always anew, by questioning our personal perspectives on the actor profession and theatre, but also facing our own characters, egos, fulfilled and unfulfilled dreams, disappointments and pride. Sharing pleasure, lots of humor, care for each other, surrender, honesty, radical vulnerability, ГЛУМиЦИ - while creating it - advocates for a world, which is less cruel and more compassionate. A world where we treat people with kindness.

The openly collective theater performance ГЛУМиЦИ has a kind of characteristics that make it exceptional. Its veracity comes from the decision of the actresses and actors to dramatize their work and life experiences and its effectiveness comes from the skill, the way they turn experiences into extremely precisely structured, pointed and witty little dramas, which go beyond biographical textuality and, with their unpretentious brutality, articulate the contextual and trans- individual - as a critique of the (cultural) system. Actresses and actors are never in the position of victims of the system, on the contrary - they make visible the contradictions of various theatrical and existential situations with their histrionic vitalism, acting talent, intelligence and ability to analyze, articulate and (life) improvise - which unfolds before us (which is important!) without moralism. The performance ГЛУМиЦИ contains everything that is necessary for the future of the theater: it knows how to see its own life, to make jokes from that life and turn it into an autonarrative in which human work, among other things, is created outside of the testosterone instrumentalization of performers, who are expected to service authoritarian masculinized (artistic) desire. The collective of the performance ГЛУМиЦИ knows that there is no art if it is ruled by authoritarian power.
