Developed by the Continuous Presence Association, in collaboration with the Veruvis Center for Research in Neural Performance Augmentation, AIO creatively illustrates anxiety and how it manifests in the body, translating multiple relevant neuronal research data into sound and imagery.

The music of AIO contains passages obtained from the conversion of EEG signals into musical notes. The video portraits humanize the experience and become a channel for your emotions, translating various degrees of anxiety through facial expressions, gestures, and movement.

On the AIO screens, a total of 55 video portraits accompanied by 5 Quadrophonic sound compositions run, all corresponding to different levels of experienced anxiety. The work is interactive and allows you to modulate the image and sound in the space through a digital interface placed inside the venue. Explore the space, select the level of anxiety you feel in your body on the interface tablet, and your choice is reflected in an audio-visual composition.
