This is the story of a five-year-old girl who believes that all animals are larger than she is. It is a tale involving a supermarket Andalusian, a bullfighter, a skater, a taxidermist, a schoolteacher, an attempted patricide, an adulterous affair, a convulsive crisis, a Great Dane, quintuplets, scars, beauty marks, grains of madness... all while a 475-kilogram bull takes a redemptive stroll immediately after leaving the slaughterhouse.
