Culinaria Balcanica Public Readings 3: Diana Mihuț & Otilia Hedeșan

We invite you on a unique journey through the tastes and memories of summers of old, during the event held În Livadă, at the Andronic Guesthouse.

This edition, under the theme "Memories about the dishes of old summers", will be honored by the presence of two distinguished guests: Diana Mihuț, research assistant in the Department of Romanian Studies at the University of West in Timișoara, a graduate of the same institution, all three cycles of studies of higher education, at the Faculty of Letters, History and Theology, and a master's degree in Intercultural Communication together with Otilia Hedeșan, director of the Research Center for Heritage and Cultural Anthropology, West University of Timișoara.

They will share with us stories and memories related to the dishes that delighted the taste buds in the summers of childhood.

The moderator of the discussion will be Caius Merșa, the coordinator of the Culinaria Banatica project.

The Culinaria Banatica readings are a unique opportunity to explore local gastronomic traditions and learn directly from the best in the field. We invite you to join this event and discover the secrets of the dishes of old summers.

The project is part of the national cultural programme "Timișoara – European Capital of Culture in 2023" and is funded through the Grow Timișoara 2023 programme, implemented by the Center for Projects Timișoara, with funds allocated from the state budget, through the budget of the Ministry of Culture.
