Culinaria Banatica Brunches 1: Stories about noodles, pasta and dried doughs

We will tell stories about the way noodles came from Mongolia to us, why they have these shapes and what we like so much about them. We will prepare the ujina with a multitude of dishes based on noodles and macaroni, sweet or salty.

Discussions will be short and informal.

The project is part of the national cultural programme "Timișoara – European Capital of Culture in 2023" and is funded through the Grow Timișoara 2023 programme, implemented by the Center for Projects Timișoara, with funds allocated from the state budget, through the budget of the Ministry of Culture.
