Culinaria Banatica Lectures 4: Local Gastronomic Identity

From traditional to modern, cultural mixes and challenges in the culinary industry - all will be discussed in a lively and informative dialogue. The evening's moderator, Caius Merșa, will guide the discussion towards intriguing topics related to the traditions and evolution of local cuisine.

The project is part of the national cultural programme "Timișoara – European Capital of Culture in 2023" and is funded through the Grow Timișoara 2023 programme, implemented by the Center for Projects Timișoara, with funds allocated from the state budget, through the budget of the Ministry of Culture.
