Culinaria Banatica Lunches 1: Stories About the Time and Place of food

We have the pleasure of having nutritionist Tudor Stricescu, the representative of Slow Food in Timișoara, as our guest. We will explore together the connection between local cuisine and international trends, discussing the possibility of our region becoming an emerging gastronomic destination, as seen by the experts at Baum&Whiteman, known for their deep understanding of culinary trends.

The project is part of the national cultural programme "Timișoara – European Capital of Culture in 2023" and is funded through the Grow Timișoara 2023 programme, implemented by the Center for Projects Timișoara, with funds allocated from the state budget, through the budget of the Ministry of Culture.
