For this experience, we are happy to present two outstanding personalities: Adriana Babeți, literary critic, novelist and essayist, together with Smaranda Vultur, a successful contemporary writer.

Tonight, we'll explore the joy (hedonism) of cooking and look into local cuisine through the eyes of two talented writers. We will discuss the influence of emerging cuisines, internal and external migrations from Banat, and how they shaped culinary tastes and traditions.

At the entrance, a buffet inspired by the writings of the two guests awaits you, giving you the opportunity to taste flavors and delicacies inspired by their pages.

On the screen, we will project a suggestive collage about hedonism in the kitchen.

Behind the scenes, we will simulate a dinner on stage, where we will create the story of the local cuisine.

The project is part of the national cultural programme "Timișoara – European Capital of Culture in 2023" and is funded through the Grow Timișoara 2023 programme, implemented by the Center for Projects Timișoara, with funds allocated from the state budget, through the budget of the Ministry of Culture.
