Flow - Underwater! Oversized puppets from Veszprém and Timișoara

The PROTESZT Association will showcase oversized puppets originally created for the Veszprém-Balaton 2023 Official Programme Opening. Both the parade and performance will be nonverbal and the audience will have free access. Puppeteers from Kabóca Theatre will be joined by puppeteers from Timișoara's Csiky Gergely Hungarian State Theatre. The puppet parade will include stylized aquatic animals which are inhabiting the Lake Balaton area. Several puppets were designed by professionals from Moholy-Nagy Art and Design University in Budapest, and one puppet was created by Albert Alpár, set designer working for ther Csiky Gergely Hungarian State Theatre in Timișoara.
