JazzyBIT Concert

Spectators will have the opportunity to enjoy outdoor music in a place dear to the city, on the Iron Bridge in the Iosefin neighborhood.

We want to inspire and motivate the public to act in an environmentally responsible way. We hope that the musical notes touch the sensitive chords of each of those present and receive the artists' music as a declaration of love for nature, for the place that is our home, shelter, home and home.

Join us in this cultural experience and let's reflect on the responsibility we all have to protect the planet for future generations. We have prepared the meeting place and hope that, under the watchful eyes of art and nature, we will make a commitment to the protection of the environment. Together, we can create harmony.

The concerts will take place on Oct 4, 9 and 11, from 8:30 p.m.

JazzyBIT, an explosive jazz trio hailing from Timișoara, will win the hearts of the audience on October 9th at The Night-Art Festival. With an innovative musical style dubbed “loud jazz,” the band delivers an intense and memorable auditory experience.

The musicians showcase their talent and uniqueness in an eclectic performance. The loyal audience will certainly recognize them for the distinctive elements that set them apart in the local music scene – specifically, their unique blend of jazz and rock. The band has enjoyed a rich career, boasting three albums to their credit. In 2014, they released their debut album “Touch the Sky,” followed by “Horizon” in 2016. In 2021, JazzyBIT launched their third album “Drive,” mixed in New York City at The Bunker Studio by John Davis (the bassist for Jojo Mayer / Nerve) and mastered by Alex DeTurk, both of whom won the Grammy for Best Instrumental Jazz Album in 2019.

With over 250 concerts under their belt in their 10-year existence, the talented musicians have managed to capture the audience’s attention with the unique touches they bring to their repertoire. The band has performed at some of the most renowned jazz festivals in the world, such as the Blue Note Jazz Festival in New York and the Jarasum International Jazz Festival in Seoul (South Korea).

On October 9th, as night turns to day, the Timișoara jazz band will ascend the Iron Bridge in the Iosefin district for an evening of distinctive rhythms at The Night-Art Festival. It’s the perfect moment to savor the melodious beats of this musical genre!

The Lights On Bega concerts will take place on the Iron Bridge, starting at 8:30 PM. In the event of unfavorable weather, we will announce a new location.

Lights On Bega is presented by George, BCR’s innovation.
