”Mor mor mor” / ”I am dying, I am dying, I am dying” by Codruța Cadar is a performance about the inevitable that threatens our daily existence; about the fear of death that resides in each of us to some extent, and which we cannot oppose.
Claire faces a terminal illness that shapes the unique way she lives her life. Under the guise of her birthday (and/or her possible future funeral), she invites us to a party where we can laugh, cry, and accept that everything we experience is, in a way, perfectly normal.
This theatre show is a mirror for all generations. Inspired by a real story, that of Claire Wineland, the performance explores the experience of a girl who, from a young age, is forced to understand both life and death.
In the end, the performance challenges us to overcome prejudices and confront our fears. "It's okay to be scared."
