Rhythms and Senses – an Interactive Journey into the World of Creative Art

When was the last time you got carried away by rhythms and feelings?

The Rhythms and Senses workshop, taking place on August 16 as part of Celebrate the City, promises an exciting journey into the world of creative arts. A series of activities for young people, children and people with disabilities will transform I. C. Brătianu Park in Timișoara into a space full of sensory exploration.

During the Carousel of the Senses, participants will have the opportunity to experiment with different textures by creating handicrafts, explore the exciting rhythms and sounds of traditional musical instruments, identify unique flavors using essential oils and plants, and enjoy tastes representative of different cultures.

A special feature to visit is the exhibition of works created by people with disabilities and young migrants.

In the percussion workshop, participants will discover traditional and contemporary percussion techniques under the guidance of Sorina Savii (percussionist of the Timișoara National Opera). Interactive and dynamic, the activity will encourage collaboration and creativity, offering an unforgettable musical experience.

We expect you to enjoy a complete artistic experience that develops sensory skills and promotes social inclusion through art and creativity.
