"Science and Wine" is the occasion through which research staff of the Timișoara Politechnica University will present science in all its beauty to those who are eager to find out more. After participating in storytelling workshops and a mentoring process, the researchers will explain concepts in their field of activity in a way that the non-specialist public can understand.

The event brings to the public Attila Turi, university lecturer in the field of Logistics, within the Faculty of Management in Production and Transport from UPT and at the University of Rochester, which is also the field on which he focuses his research activity.

Why is logistics relevant in the age we live in? What is SCM (Supply Chain Management) and what is the connection between the two?

Following this presentation, participants are invited to participate in a light discussion on the topic.

To create a unique experience, the discussions will be accompanied by a wine tasting. The wines are offered by Cramele Recaș, and the selection is specially designed for each individual theme.
