Taste as Heritage: Gastronomic Workshop with Laura Laurențiu

On Saturday, March 25, we invite you to a new gastronomic meeting focused on seasonal ingredients: radishes, wild garlic, nettles and apples.

Our guest is Laura Laurențiu, a well-known culinary blogger and LA PAS partner since 2018 when we launched the Taste as Heritage component.

The moderator of the meeting will be Tiberiu Cazacioc, Slow Food activist, blogger (Observatorul Gastronomic), quality scheme specialist.
