A celebration of alternative culture in its many forms of expression. If Timisoara is a city whose spirit is defined by multiculturalism and the courage to tackle counter-culture attitudes, UnderTones is the missing piece of the puzzle.

UnderTones brings together multidisciplinary artists and explores three main directions - visual artists meet DJs and music producers, joined by new media artists with interactive installations and large-scale projections.

Pop-up art gallery - Streets to Canvas brings together established names of Romanian street art, this time in a new medium - on canvas.

Electronic Music Production Workshop invites the public to discover the secrets of electronic music production, from hardware to software.

Electronic music parties will complete the landscape of expression of urban culture, in a journey from drum and bass to breakbeat, dub or techno.
