At the We all FITT in - step into the youth universe event you will discover the FITT (Timis County Youth Foundation) universe and learn more about the activities and opportunities offered to young people.
A complex overview of FITT's specificity will be shaped from short workshops on:
- Mindfulness through art - explore relaxation and self-awareness techniques through art
- Ecology - participate in ecology workshops and learn how to protect the environment
- Human rights through theater - theater activities to help you understand and promote human rights
- Psycho Corner - discover more about yourself and how to manage emotions and stress effectively
- What the EU is and how it works - find out essential details about the European Union, its structure and how it works.
- Young Leaders - attend leadership sessions that will develop your leadership skills and help you become an influential young person in your community
By involving international volunteers, a special area will be set up where you can learn directly from beneficiaries about the opportunities offered by the European Commission's Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programs, interact with young people from different countries and receive valuable information on how to access such programs.
