In barren, post-apocalyptic Budapest of 2123, a young couple refuse the drab security of life under a plastic gentleman. Put in the position of defending their right to live, they come to see the notions of freedom and truth in a new light.

Festivals and awards: Berlinale (Encounters competition), Festival d'Annecy (Contrechamp competition).

"The impressive animated feature <<White Plastic Sky>> proposes a bleak dystopia reminiscent of <<Soylent Green>> (...) Stefan's struggle to keep Nora alive is touching, even evoking the myth of Apollo and Daphne. (...) For a film set in 2123, the future depicted is as likely as could be." (Leslie Felperin, The Hollywood Reporter).

Festivals:
Berlinale, Annecy Festival.
