The Military Casino is one of the oldest buildings in Timișoara, located on the west side of Libertății Square, at no. 7. Its construction began in 1744 and was completed only in 1775. After the early period, its use was as a casino. Today the building is classified as a historical monument.

The style of the building is the late Baroque. The pilasters with Corinthian-style doubled edges and the ornamentation on the façade are significant. The northeast corner of the building is rounded with a rococo element.

Upstairs the casino has a ballroom, where officers' balls were held - an essential activity in the town's social life at the time.

When Juliu Illithy managed the casino, it was called "Grand Establishment Illithy". Since 1921 it has been called the "Prince Charles Military-Civil Casino". After World War II, it was known as the "Military Casino". Today it is the building of the Military Circle.
