The Ivy House is a villa built by the master builder Lipót Löffler at the beginning of the 20th century, and is the only remaining villa from the old horticultural complex. The villa stands out for its relationship with the surrounding environment, as it blends perfectly into the green parkland setting, and its proximity to the Bega canal bank brings a unique added value to the city's urban landscape.
