The Iosefin water tower is an industrial moment in Timișoara, on Gheorghe Barițiu street no. 3. It was part of Timișoara's water supply system at the beginning of the 20th century.
In 2018, Timișoara's city hall announced plans to set up a small cultural café, a coffee museum, in the tower, dedicated to Francesco Illy from Timișoara, who invented the espresso machine. The Iosefin water tower was built between 1913 and 1914 as a twin brother of the one in the Fabric district. The towers, 52 m high, were erected at the ends of the water distribution network and were used to compensate for peak daytime consumption. The towers were designed by engineers János Lenarduzzi and Richárd Sabathiel from Budapest.
