Open call: Be Part of an Erasmus+ Project on Youth and Culture!

Are you passionate about culture and eager to make a difference in how young people engage with it? Do you want to collaborate with like-minded peers from across Europe and gain new skills in project development, communication, and cultural promotion? If so, this Erasmus+ project is for you!

We are looking for young volunteers (17-30 years old)  to take part in an exciting international initiative focused on youth-led cultural engagement. Using the European Capital of Culture 2025 youth festival in Chemnitz as a case study, this project will bring together young people from different countries to co-create a new methodology that helps cultural institutions better connect with youth.

• Develop Youth-Led Strategies – Work with other young participants to create innovative ways to engage more young people in cultural activities.
• Learn by Doing – Take part in hands-on workshops, peer-to-peer learning, and group projects that will equip you with valuable skills in project management, digital tools, public relations, and cultural promotion.
• Collaborate with International Peers – Exchange ideas, share experiences, and build friendships with young people from diverse cultural backgrounds, fostering intercultural understanding and European solidarity.
• Shape the Future of Youth Participation in Culture – Your work will not end with the project! The methodology we develop will be shared across Europe, helping cultural institutions and youth organizations create sustainable and inclusive cultural initiatives.
