The Bistra Forest Intercommunity Development Association (ADI Bistra Forest) is a body established with the aim of protecting and promoting the natural values of the area and the region. This association was established in 2016 and is made up of several local communities. In addition to the main goal of the Bistra Forest Intercommunity Development Association to develop an active local community involved in the protection and promotion of the Bistra Forest, is also to raise awareness of the importance of protecting the natural environment. The association also aims to promote tourism in the area by organizing cultural events and involving the community in local development projects. ADI Bistra Forest is co-organizer of the CODRU Festival, a unique and very important project in the development of cultural life in Timis County. An eco-friendly music and arts festival, it provides a platform for local and international artists to showcase their talent in a green, healthy and supportive environment. This festival brings cultural and artistic diversity to the county, thus contributing to its competitiveness in the cultural industry.
