An association created in 1992 by residents of Bagneux, France, the Smallest Circus in the World aims to use circus arts to contribute to the dynamism of its territory. Multifaceted, it is both a school of circus arts and urban cultures, an artistic residence, a performance factory and a meeting place.

Today, the Smallest Circus in the World is internationally recognized as a structure with a strong social mission: to mobilize art and culture for the civic, economic and urban development of the territories involved.
