Memory of Culture Association
is a non-profit organization focused on projects with immediate socio-cultural impact, with a strong influence at the cultural/educational artistic level. With an experience of over 25 years in the publishing field and 10 years in cultural promotion, the Association contributes to shaping a renewed artistic image of Timișoara by identifying contemporary artistic and cultural values of the city; memory recovery, organization and implementation of activities, projects and programs for the preservation and transmission of the moral and cultural-artistic values of the local community; initiating, organizing and managing concerts, exhibitions, film broadcasts, conferences, colloquiums, seminars, publishing books, producing, recording and distributing audio-video materials, highlighting the Timisoara and regional spirit.


In recent years, the association's attention has been focused on the phenomenon of the Revolution and freedom of expression among young people, organizing courses in the Footsteps of the Revolution and a Festival dedicated to the one who lit the spark of the Revolution, Ion Monoran, the one who stopped the trams in Piața Maria on December 16 '89.
