Club Sportiv Școlar Bega Timisoara was founded in 2002.
It originates from the reorganization of the integrated sports education at that time, it was designed to bring together the sports games disciplines.

Bega School Sports Club comprises 5 branches, such as:
Basketball (girls and boys)
Canoeing (girls and boys)
Football (boys)
Rugby (boys)
Volleyball (girls and boys)
Aimed at children aged 6-18.

It is structured into beginners, advanced and performance groups and before that, Club Sportiv Școlar Bega Timisoara School Sports Club has had its share of teachers coaches and athletes who have achieved high performance. One of the roles of this structure is to educate pupils through sport and for sport.

The truly remarkable results and performances have been achieved by the rowing section in terms of both the athletes and the coaches who have been part of the Club Sportiv Școlar Bega Timisoara.

The national, Balkan, European, world and Olympic championships have been a permanent aspiration for the collective of this section.
