The event promotes cultural diversity and healthy eating through cooking workshops and tastings of traditional dishes. Participants, including children, youth and seniors, learn to prepare healthy dishes under the guidance of local chefs and seniors.
The workshops include discussions about healthy eating and sustainability and explore recipes from different cultures and time periods, challenging participants to share recipes and culinary stories, strengthening community bonds.
The workshops are part of FIG - InterGenerational Festival promoting intergenerational collaboration and cultural exchange, strengthening solidarity and social inclusion in Timisoara.
