The water cycle in nature? How can we visualize and better understand it?
We invite teachers to sign up together with their group of students for a creative workshop led by Livia Mateiaș (visual artist), which will take place on September 24th from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
The workshop is part of the Fluid 2.0 project, and its main theme is the water cycle in nature, explored through an artistic creation. Students will have the opportunity to discover the Aquapic Educational Center and the H2O: Transition art installation, created by Livia Mateiaș through the Energy Scholarship in 2023. During the workshop, children will draw and explore their creativity based on the theme of water. The drawings can be taken home.
To register, please fill out the following form (intended for teachers signing up with a group of students): https://forms.gle/kG4ac3mbtZfPPTiz6
Fluid 2.0 speaks about flow, diversity and collaboration. It’s an experiential journey from public space to connecting with new media art. Starting from the Uzinei Park, a familiar place known in the community as the Fairytale Bridge, we’ll engage people in discovering a route along the Bega River, leading them to the DIGITAL:CANVAS\ platform. Here, they have the opportunity to experience digital art and learn about the various ways artists use technology.
Fluid 2.0 project is organized by artouching studio and it is part of the national cultural programme "Timișoara – European Capital of Culture in 2023" and it is funded through the Legacy Timișoara 2023 programme, implemented by the Center for Projects Timișoara, with funds allocated from the state budget, through the budget of the Ministry of Culture.
