The ECO VIBES project consists of an innovative presentation of a piano recital within an immersive multimedia scenography that places the audience, virtually, in the midst of natural phenomena caused by climate change. The project features composer and bandoneonist Simone Tolomeo (France) and Psihodrom (interactive visuals) as invited guests.

The program is designed in an inverted pyramid structure, with the work "Three passions for our tortured planet" written by American composer Brian Field representing the macrocosm, as a representation of the catastrophic effects of climate change on the entire planet. The second
work in the program, "Sonatina for solo piano op. 4" by Simone Tolomeo, transitions to the microcosm, bringing us into the urban and human realm, with a variety of emotions and challenges that are revealed in detail in the miniature works that will close the program - "Hevrin Khalaf" composed by Simone Tolomeo and "Adios, Nonino" composed by A. Piazzolla. The final works are Argentine tangos that illustrate complex human problems related to individual freedom and death.

Project realised with the support of a grant for artistic creation ''Energy!'' awarded by the Municipality of Timișoara, through the Project Centre, within the National Cultural Programme "Timișoara - European Capital of Culture in 2023"
