The Project Center is a public service of the Timisoara Municipality, offering local community access to resources and financing the local budget, cultural initiatives, education, youth, civic involvement, sports and the environment that give life to a creative, dynamic and inclusive city. The Center represents the implementing body for the project Timisoara 2023 - European Capital of Culture.
