The workshop involves playful electronic interpretations and adaptations of "platonic solids" in the contemporary context of art and new media. Thus, in parallel with going through the theoretical concepts, the students participating in the project will enter the universe of environmental and product design through several artists. One of them is designer Mihai Caraghiaur who will offer participants interpretation and contextualization through product and environmental design.
Dorian Bolca, sculptor and luminist at the Csiky Gergely Hungarian State Theatre in Timisoara, will offer young people new knowledge about the involvement of light in creating a space and highlighting the objects that populate it. Alex Nan will provide know-how in scanning, interpreting and 3D printing.
