Exhibition - The Stories from '89 in comics

"History of 89 in comics" is the first comic album about the events of December 1989 published in Romania, the largest collective album of comics (39 authors) and the most voluminous (212 comic pages), made under the auspices of the Brașov County Museum of History.

The exhibition that can be admired in the premises of the Central Library of the Timișoara Polytechnic University will include a selection of the works that can be found in the album. This was possible thanks to the partnership with the Brașov County Museum of History.

The project is part of the national cultural programme "Timișoara – European Capital of Culture in 2023" and is funded through the Grow Timișoara 2023 programme, implemented by the Center for Projects Timișoara, with funds allocated from the state budget, through the budget of the Ministry of Culture.
