Liminal Spaces – literary-poetic workshop for lightboxes and stained glass with Gavril Pop

The Transitory Spaces workshop proposes to explore the creative processes behind an exhibition, starting from two lightboxes and the metaphor of a transitory space: the airport. Taking as a starting point Andrei Arion's exhibition Trying to Move Without a Push, presented in Kunsthalle Bega Box, the workshop will include a literary component, in which we will map the places that could give rise to impulses that could then be transformed into an artistic discourse, and a practical component, in which we will suggest some possible new signs, lightboxes, fragments that could be visible in an imagined airport.

Participants will be guided to answer some essential questions: where are they, where are they going, how do they feel, what do they see around them, what is the first sign they notice, what does that sign say and what would they like to communicate.
