August 10-11 (h 20:00-22:00): We will hold a series of conferences by experts in the field of heritage, from specialists in the field of architecture to representatives of decision-making institutions, addressing topics related to the importance of valorizing the wooden heritage of Romania: the state of preservation, the relationship with the local community, the role of the wooden heritage in the collective memory, concrete solutions for the safeguarding/restoration and valorization of this type of historical monuments.

At the same time, the importance of wooden cultural heritage in European culture will be discussed, together with a number of guests from abroad.

August 12 (9:00-18:00): Guided tour with invitations to Crivina de Sus, Povergina and Românești, three unique examples of wooden churches in the Banat area. It will be curated by Alexandru Baboș, in the presence of experts who held conferences in the previous days, thus moving the dialogue from the table to in situ. The tour is dedicated to the general public, and the transport is provided by the Asociatia Biserici Inlemnite, based on the registration form; places are limited.

August 13: In the Regina Maria park, a round table will be held, where the conclusions resulting from the discussions of August 10-11-12 will be drawn.
