Are you a student in Timisoara and have a creative idea for the city?
The Young Matters program encourages students to propose creative ideas and projects that come up with possible solutions to problems in their community, neighborhood or city. Under the program, young people will collaborate with peers from different faculties to develop their projects, guided by international mentors.
On August 16, will take place the Q&A session with students. The Young Matters curatorial team meeting with all students enrolled in the program is open to all who are curious to apply. On this occasion, students will meet, interact, be able to nuance the ideas they will develop in the program, meet the curatorial team, and learn about the approach and practices that will guide them in the next steps in the program.
The meeting will take place online, will be facilitated by curator Martina Muzi and the team of tutors, and aims to encourage collaboration between students from different backgrounds and their grouping into multidisciplinary teams.
The selected students will participate in a 1-day Ideathon, after which they will have the chance to follow intensive courses at the Young Matters summer school, where they will develop their projects that will eventually be part of the Woven Secrets exhibition, organized in October at FABER.
