"cover me softly" is an interdisciplinary exhibition that explores the phenomenon of the cover both as a creative process and as a literal application - protection, covering, covering. Crossing geographical boundaries and artistic backgrounds, the exhibition highlights the diversity and depth of interpretations from a variety of artistic fields and cultural contexts, offering a distinctive perspective on how we interact with pre-existing works and creations. Through its broad spectrum of manifestations, from homage to parody and from imitation to transformation, "cover me softly" proposes a fluid and unique dialogue between original and reinterpretation, opening up new realms of possibility and highlighting the breadth of our cultural interconnectedness. This dynamic not only redefines our relationships with works of art and their creators, but also raises fundamental questions about authenticity, ownership and cultural identity.
