The International Festival Organs of the Citadel of Timișoara returns for its third edition - a new musical journey through the cultural heritage of Timișoara - a perfect opportunity for both tourists and expats to explore the architectural and musical heritage of the city.
With the third edition, which will take place between the 3rd of July and the 8th of September 2024, we await you with new instrumental combinations in which the organs of our city will be joined by the pan flute, the clarinet, the percussion, the bassoon, the harp and the cello. You can also enjoy the pure sound of the solo organ or the uplifting combination of the organ with the human voice in sacred music concerts.
We have many more news to share with you, all fueled by our desire to strengthen and animate this wonderful community that has formed around the organs of Timișoara. That is precisely why, this year, we invite you to a special exhibition, between the 29th of July and the 4th of August 2024, on the ground floor of the Project Center in Timișoara (Vasile Alecsandri Street no. 1).
