Spectators will have the opportunity to enjoy outdoor music in a place dear to the city, on the Iron Bridge in the Iosefin neighborhood.
We want to inspire and motivate the public to act in an environmentally responsible way. We hope that the musical notes touch the sensitive chords of each of those present and receive the artists' music as a declaration of love for nature, for the place that is our home, shelter, home and home.
Join us in this cultural experience and let's reflect on the responsibility we all have to protect the planet for future generations. We have prepared the meeting place and hope that, under the watchful eyes of art and nature, we will make a commitment to the protection of the environment. Together, we can create harmony.
The concerts will take place on Oct 4, 9 and 11, from 8:30 p.m.
Fără Zahăr
The Night-Art Festival brings unique evening concerts to Timișoara. Fără Zahăr arrives at the event with an explosive mix of music and humor. Hailing from the picturesque Dorohoi, in Botoșani County, founding members Bobi Dumitraș and Bobo Burlăcianu bring a unique vision with them. Imagine a blend of hip-hop, folk, Latino, punk rock, and metal, all intertwined with lyrics full of social satire, and you’ll get the authentic and irresistible sound of the band.
With themes ranging from rural life to current societal issues, Fără Zahăr delivers the perfect show to entertain and reflect simultaneously. Displaying subtle inspiration, the artists observe every detail around them, transforming it into captivating lyrics, often using humor to deal with adversities. With several successful albums and tours under their belt, the two artists have shown they can introduce an innovative style to the local music market.
Even though they began their journey over 20 years ago, the artists captivate the audience with each appearance and continuously seek to reinvent themselves. With a unique charm, the band manages to both retain their passionate fans and catch the attention of newer generations of listeners.
Fără Zahăr is part of the program proposed by Lights On Romania in Timișoara, in the year the city enjoys the title of European Capital of Culture. On October 4th, near the Gaia installation and on the Iron Bridge in the Iosefin district, the band promises a memorable evening at The Night-Art Festival. Prepare yourself for an unforgettable musical and comedic experience!
The Lights On Bega concerts will take place on the Iron Bridge, starting at 8:30 PM. In the event of unfavorable weather, we will announce a new location.
Lights On Bega is presented by George, BCR’s innovation.
