Interetnic Art 2024

The project Interethnic Art 2024 is about the emotional development of children through art. „Monday and Tuesday We See Each Other” is the recurrent activity of the project bringing together teaching staff, Vivart specialists, parents and children of the Constantin Pufan School Center for Inclusive Education (on Monday) and children of Secondary School no. 15 (on Tuesdays) for weekly art therapy sessions. The second component involves a series of activities that take place during 2024.

The emotional development of children through art is the main focus of the Interethnic Art 2024 project. A complex process that brings together a series of factors that can contribute to the achievement of the proposed goal. The Vivart Center with specialist staff (psychotherapist, art-therapist, ergo-therapist), children's participation, support for their families, the school as a learning environment and institution, teaching staff as learning support, collaborating specialists and other organizations that have shown their openness in supporting this project.

The project is carried out by the Vivart Association - Art-therapy and Psychology Center, being an important component of the cent. from which, since 2011, the students of Secondary School No. 15 in Timișoara have benefited. Funding for this project was partial, occasional, for very short periods of time and was done through the care of sponsors, or parents who responded according to possibilities, to the needs identified within the project.

This project is part of the national cultural programme "Timișoara European Capital of Culture in the year 2023" and is financed by the Power Station+ program | Creative schools, run by the Center for Projects Timișoara, with amounts allocated from the state budget, through the budget of the Ministry of Culture.
