The Kuncz neighborhood of Timisoara was built to accommodate the workers who worked at the brick factory of the Kuncz brothers, "Josef Kunz & Comp." The factory was located in Buzias, not far from the working district. The factory was founded by Josef Kuncz and owned by the family during the first decades of the 20th century.
