The Student Association of the Faculty of Communication Sciences - Politehnica University Timisoara, generically called "Liga FSC", is a non-profit student organization, founded 6 years ago, thus being the youngest student association of Politehnica University Timisoara.

The aim of the organization is both to represent the students of the Faculty of Communication Sciences by defending their interests and rights, and to stimulate their participation in various educational, social and cultural activities. Liga FSC represents the main strong voice of the students of the Faculty, being close to them by all means at its disposal.

Among the most important projects organized by the association are: ”Cafeneaua Comunicării" - aimed at familiarizing students and young people with various aspects of the field of communication, "Charity Pub Quiz" - a quiz contest of general knowledge conducted with the aim of collecting donations for various social cases, and the most recent project, "#shareasmile" - a session focused on the idea of mental health and how we can work on it, and "Debate, Oratory and critical Thinking", consists of different sessions to familiarize young people with the values of the European Union and the concepts of critical thinking, debate and oratory, ending with a debate competition.

Liga FSC is also involved in different local and national student movements, being a FITT member organization
