The art therapy workshop for self-care invites participants to explore their self and the difficulties they face in achieving personal balance. They will be invited to connect with the self by visually and artistically accessing important areas of their lives.
Starting with some images, they will access their inner world, reflect on their self-image and discover in which areas of life they need to improve for a harmonious life.
The techniques used will be: group dynamics and group connection, emotional processing through sharing one's own experiences, the use of images and externalization of self-concepts using elements of art therapy, self-reflection and relaxation and meditation exercises.
