If you're young and want to take an active role in your community, you can take the first steps at the City Celebration.
The Youth Work InfoPoint event brings you interactive information sessions to stimulate discussion and encourage active involvement, and the National Youth Foundation's youth workers will be there for any questions you may have about your importance as a young person in the community.
At their stand you will find information materials in line with the European Charter for Youth Information standards on topics such as human rights, climate change and participation in democratic processes. Have you ever participated in a moving debate? Or want to develop your own sustainable plan for your everyday life? Or maybe you want to find out how to avoid fake news?
Brochures on political participation, produced in collaboration with young people from the Let's get political club and supported by local artists, are waiting for you there.
Take the opportunity to get informed and get actively involved in the issues that are important to you and our common future!
