The Timișoara 2023 – European Capital of Culture Association, together with the Embassy of Romania in the Kingdom of Spain and the Romanian Cultural Institute in Madrid, invites you to a wonderful performance, an explosion of energy with jazz and rock rhythms, by the Timișoara trio JazzyBIT. This performance is part of the 37th edition of the Complutense University of Madrid Summer Courses, where Romania is the guest country. The JazzyBIT trio will perform on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at the Casa de Cultura in San Lorenzo El Escorial, starting at 22:00. 

JazzyBIT is a loud jazz trio from Timișoara, consisting of Teodor Pop (piano, keyboards), Mihai Moldoveanu (bass), and Szabó Csongor-Zsolt (drums). They offer an energetic blend of jazz and rock, sprinkled with blues, Latin, and funk influences. The band has an extensive performance history, with over 300 concerts in 12 years of activity. To date, JazzyBIT has performed in 20 countries across three continents, participating in some of the world’s most renowned jazz festivals.
