More than 60 researchers from Romania, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Great Britain, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland and the United Kingdom are participating in the International Conference "Impact and Legacy of the European Capitals of Culture Programme" in Timișoara, from October 9 to 11, 2024. The event is organized in partnership by the University Network of European Capitals of Culture (UNeECC), the Alliance of Timișoara Universities and the Municipality of Timisoara, and the Centre for Projects Timișoara.
The academic sessions program, limited to prior registration of interested researchers and academics, are complemented by two public events on 10 and 11 October 2024, to which the general public in Timișoara, interested in solutions leading to a positive impact and sustainable results of the European Capitals of Culture (ECaC) Programme, is invited to participate.
Participation in the public events of the conference is open to all those interested, with free admission, upon prior registration. The number of places available in the conference rooms is limited. All presentations and discussions will be in English. The public may register for the event by completing the registration form, no later than October 9th, 16:00h.
