Ilinca Prisăcariu is a director, writer and producer with over 10 years of experience in the field of theatrical art. He conceptualized, wrote and implemented dozens of cultural projects, both from an artistic and production perspective - projects with social impact, on topics such as the defense of women's and children's rights, the social integration of visually impaired people, the accessibility of cultural events within communities with reduced access to culture, strengthening the sense of belonging and community and the right to representation within various disadvantaged communities, etc. Among the most relevant and long-lasting projects are: the cultural intervention project Hey, pisi! on the theme of street harassment (an extensive project that included a series of workshops, video performances and exhibitions) and the Improbable Theater – the first independent sound theater in Romania, which, appearing during the pandemic, brought the theater closer, including to people who did not step never in a theater. The Improbable Theater continues its activity even today, having three active seasons.
