A N G E L A is an innovative experiment of non-verbal interaction, through a way of creative communication, between an elderly woman - my grandmother, Angela, who is 92 years old - and a younger person (in this case - me, her grandson). The project aims to reduce the loneliness felt by the elderly by creating new connections and reconnecting with the young generation through a creative language using artificial intelligence (A.I.) as a communication tool. This approach is necessary for me due to industrialization. We live in a very alert pace, in which our elderly are more and more often forgotten and not integrated in everything that technology means and how beautiful and useful it can be for our grandparents.
