Researchers' Night 2023 offers an opportunity to showcase some of the results from the educational and multidisciplinary Culture Quest workshops of 2023.
We will embark on a journey that combines contemporary arts and sciences, assuming a constructive, experimental pedagogical role placed in an unconventional context. We'll learn more about earthquakes, art, and protests, explore the future of botany through the eyes of the younger generation, and even have the chance to admire a colony of bacteria called Scoby.
Treasure Hunt: Earthquake Survival Kits - Workshop with Mimi Ciora
We venture into an educational and creative journey to learn how to be prepared in emergency situations, such as earthquakes. We explore the concept of treasure hunting and prepare survival kits for children to assist us in case of an earthquake. Alongside the artist Mimi Ciora, we craft creative worksheets that explain the important steps to follow in the event of an earthquake.
We will discover that preparation and knowledge are the best tools to handle unforeseen situations.
