Fanzin Cultural Association is a NGO established in 2013 în Brașov. Its aim is to support the cultural sector and increase the general public access to culture by organizing events, festivals, and cultural and artistic manifestations.
Some of the goals of the NGO are: supporting and promoting cultural & education activities, supporting artists, organizing cultural events, stimulating the interest of all categories of the audience and mainly young people for quality cultural and artistic events, diversifying the cultural offer at the local and regional level, etc.
In its 11 years of activity, Fanzin distinguished itself as one of the most active cultural promoters in the Center region and one of the main private providers of regional cultural services in Brașov.
Fanzin organizes 3 festival-type events in Brașov for 11 years now, which are also some of the longest-running cultural events in Brașov:
- Comedy Week - Jazz & Blues Festival – international jazz and blues festival
- Dracula Film Festival – international fantasy film festival.
