The project is conceived as an umbrella under which creative residencies, live events involving collaborations between artists and artists from different artists and string quartets, as well as the largest alternative music conference in Romania. Developing the music scene alternative music scene will be supported through the archiving of Timișoara's music history and through setting up a nursery for emerging local artists.
