Sonatic, a musical project originally from Timisoara, started in 2006 as a strictly acoustic project. Although the band members come from different musical backgrounds, they were united by a desire to explore and convey emotions through music, which resulted in the formation of a unique sound.

With two albums released so far, Sunt (2014) and Iluzii (2016), Sonatic have managed to establish themselves on the Romanian rock scene. The album Sunt was recognized as Best Romanian Rock Album in 2014, consolidating the band's status in the industry. Over the years, Sonatic has continued to evolve and deepen its roots in the Romanian music landscape, attracting the attention and appreciation of the public with each release.

The concert is part of Time to Rock, an initiative of the Timis County Youth Foundation (FITT) which supports rock culture in Timisoara by promoting new and established rock bands.
